Jordan Lisicky (they/them) is an artist and occasional art director. A jack of all trades, Jordan enjoys a good spreadsheet and has experience in museum curation and graphic design. Originally from Baltimore, they now live in New York and hold a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts. They previously worked as a teaching assistant and aspiring technician at RisoLAB, and are currently at the Society of Illustrators, where they manage the MoCCA Arts Festival, oversee competitions, and support the Exhibitions Team. In 2023, Jordan assisted with the curation of Mike Mignola’s Picturing Pinocchio exhibition and in 2025 they assisted with Worm: A Cuban American Odyssey, a retrospective of Edel Rodriguez’s work. Lincoln Center Theater also commissioned them to assist with the design of Tony-nominated production Floyd Collins.
Jordan can typically be found proofreading documents, talking about fish, collecting tiny figurines, and playing polygonal RPGs. More often than not, however, they are daydreaming about how to collaborate with artists on future projects. It is widely rumored that Jordan was cursed by a witch to remember every piece of visual art they encounter while scrolling through social media.
